No submission disappears into a mailbox. Here is the sequence, including the outcome where we say no.
You get a reply confirming the submission arrived and which category it has been filed under. If something essential is missing — usually pricing or MOQ — we ask for it at this point rather than setting the file aside.
Your product is assessed alongside competing submissions in the same category. This is a comparison, not a checklist — a product can clear every criterion and still lose to a stronger option in the same slot.
If we want to move forward, we come back with sample terms and the specific questions we still have. If we do not, we say so and tell you why — a "not now" on price or timing is worth knowing, and the category may reopen later.

No. There is no fee at any stage — submission, evaluation, or listing.
Sample and freight terms are agreed in writing before anything ships, and only with shortlisted suppliers. We do not request free samples as a screening step.
Not to submit, and not for a trial order. Exclusivity is only discussed if a category scales and both sides want it.
Yes. Packaging and any private-label requirements are settled at the commercial terms stage.
It depends on the product and destination market. Send what you already hold; we will tell you what else is required. Regulatory compliance in the destination market remains the supplier's responsibility.
Yes — email everything directly to leo@tumuvertex.com. The form cannot carry attachments, so specification sheets and photographs need to come by email anyway.
